Wings with Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

Wing tossed in Pepper Pot Sauces
1 Package of your favorite brand of Wings (2lbs)
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of Adobo Complete Seasoning
4 cups of vegetable oil
1 tsp. of Lemon pepper (when making Lime Scotch Bonnet Sauce)
2 large mixing bowls

Cooking Instructions

1. In mixing bowl empty package of wings
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Adobo and Lemon pepper ( if tossing with Lime Scotch Bonnet sauce
3. Heat oil in deep pot or fryer
4. Add chicken wings to hot oil in small batches and fry wings until cook
5. Placed cooked chicken in large mixing bowl and tossed with your favorite Pepper Pot Sauce.
